Patented 3D cutlery tray

The latest innovation from the inventor of the cutlery tray: Miele's intelligent 3D cutlery tray can be adjusted in three directions and adapts perfectly to various load arrangements. This allows awkward items such as whisks and soup ladles to be accommodated and gently washed.

Comfort basket design

The Comfort basket design includes the following equipment features: cutlery tray or cutlery basket, basket handles, height-adjustable upper basket, fixed row of spikes in the upper basket, MultiComfort area in the lower basket, as well as 2 rows of spikes in the lower basket.

Multi-comfort area in the lower basket

For all types of dishware: Even large pots/pans or bulky items fit easily in the versatile lower basket. The new and unique MultiComfort area can hold plates of various sizes (up to 13 in Ø) in three rows. cutting boards, serving platters and hollow containers such as bowls or tall beer glasses can also be placed there in a space-saving manner. In some models the entire lower basket can be easily rearranged to provide a large, flat surface for large pots and pans and bulky items.

Hot water connection

All Miele dishwashers can be connected to a hot water supply of up to 140°F. This reduces power consumption by up to 50% and the program duration by up to 10%. In the Economy program the energy consumption of your dishwasher drops to as little as 0.45 kWh.

Half load

Using automatic load recognition, Miele dishwashers automatically detect the amount of dishware in the wash cabinet and adjust the use of water and electricity accordingly. Thanks to this automatic function you don't always have to wait until your dishwasher is fully loaded.
