The full 8.5″ opening accommodates a generous 456 sq. in. of cooking space, while stainless steel-framed glass doors and a halogen oven light provide visibility. Removable hinges, doors, and double-walled top simplify maintenance and cleaning. Alfresco's exclusive air-cooling plenum keeps the control panel cool during operation. Countertop rear exhaust and availability in LP or Natural Gas offer flexible installation options.
