The Capital 30" Rangetop delivers professional-grade cooking performance with your choice of open or sealed burner configurations. Open burner models feature Power-Flame™ burners rated at 25,000 BTUs for intense heat, paired with a FineTouch™ simmer burner for precise temperature control. Sealed burner models offer four Accu-Heat™ brass burners at 19,000 BTUs each with consistent, reliable performance. Both styles include commercial-quality cast iron grates, EZ-Clean™ removable drip trays, cool-touch Ergo-Cool™ knobs, and auto-ignition on all burners. Optional griddle and BBQ grill accessories with stainless steel covers are available. Island trim is included for seamless integration into your kitchen.
