The EarthStone Model 110 combines serious cooking capacity with efficient thermal engineering. This modular wood-fired oven accommodates 6-7 eight-inch pizzas, 3-4 twelve-inch pizzas, or 2 sixteen-inch pizzas in a single load—plus up to eight medium or six large steaks on its 17" x 20" grilling rack. Built with 4-inch thick advanced refractory elements and authentic Pierre de Boulanger hearth tiles, it achieves rapid heat-up and superior thermal retention for minimal fuel consumption.
