The EarthStone Model 90-Due' is a versatile oval wood-fired oven built for high-volume outdoor cooking. Measuring 60" × 44" externally with a spacious 52" × 32" oval interior, this 3,500-pound unit accommodates 4-5 twelve-inch pizzas or 2-3 sixteen-inch pizzas per batch. The 22½" × 9¾" entrance provides ample access for large cookware and whole proteins. Available in three fuel configurations—wood-fired (90-Due'-PA), gas-fired (90-Due'-PAG), or dual wood/gas (90-Due'-PAGW)—it adapts to your cooking preferences and site conditions. Gas models require 115,000 BTU capacity with a 3/4" NPT inlet and 120V/3A electrical connection. All versions need only 1 inch clearance to combustible walls, making installation flexible for most outdoor kitchen designs. Pre-assembled and ready to cook.
