The EarthStone Model 90-PA is a professional-grade wood-fired oven engineered for high-volume pizza production. Its 35″ interior diameter accommodates 3–4 large 8″ pizzas or 2–3 standard 12″ pizzas simultaneously, making it ideal for commercial kitchens and upscale residential installations. The oven arrives pre-assembled with a factory-finished gray exterior, mechanical temperature gauge (0–1,000°F), cast aluminum door with Teflon handles, and stainless steel components including a pizza peel and flue adapter. A granite shelf and choice of stainless steel or copper hood and apron complete the setup. Requires only 1″ clearance to combustible sidewalls.
